DESCRIPTION:DiamondFit Performance and DFX CrossFit are hosting Athletes Without Limits Rowing program starting this Thursday\, September 8th. \nAthletes Without Limits works with athletes with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The program has specifically partnered with the Durham VA to provide services to our military veterans with disabilities. \nSpencer Sprague is the instructor. The group will be in the gym a few times during the week in the afternoon.
