DFX CrossFit is North Raleigh’s premier CrossFit Box for teen training and performance.  Our tailored strength and conditioning classes are designed for both athletes and non-athletes ranging in ages from 13-18.

CrossFit Classes for Teens

Our certified CrossFit coaches provide the necessary instruction to help our teens master the proper techniques required for skills such as Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, high-intensity training and overall core development.  Our goal is to not only offer our  youth optimal fitness and performance training, but to build a love and better understanding of healthy fitness.

All teen CrossFit workouts are completely scalable in a way that each individual, whether a seasoned athlete or the non-athlete, can complete. The coaches at our CrossFit facility will help our youth athletes focus on proper weightlifting techniques, which are key to improving strength and power.  In addition, all functional fitness movements will include a basic understanding of gymnastics training in order to increase agility, mobility and overall flexibility. At DFX CrossFit, we understand the importance of proper form, technique and injury prevention.  Our smaller class sizes allow the ratio of instructor to athlete to be more favorable, therefore giving our trainers the ability to address improper form and correct when needed.
