DFX CrossFit members! Let’s see how our gym skills transfer into the pool. It’s time to sink or swim! We’ll meet at Optimist Pool (5902 Whittier Dr, Raleigh, NC 27609) to get some laps in and some good low-impact exercise. All are welcome no matter what your skill level is. Optimist Pool charges a reasonable entry fee of $5-$8. Come join us. 🏊♂️🏊♀️
